WCONLINE v24.5.3 © 2024 ToS About IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICIES Face to face & online realtime appointments appointments are marked as "missed" if you do not cancel within 10 minutes after the start of the appointment. Written feedback appointments are marked as "missed" if you have not uploaded a draft by the start of your appointment. Cancel your appointment as soon as possible so that other writers may use that time. If you have 3 "missed" appointments, your account will be deactivated and you will need to meet with a Writing Center administrator to discuss your account. Face to face & online realtime appointments are 25, 50, 80, or 110 minutes long. Appointments appear in 30-minute blocks of time and tutors use the last 10 minutes (or 5 minutes for 30 minute appointments) of each appointment to write an appointment summary letter. Written feedback appointments are 60 or 120 minutes long. Schedule 2 60 minute appointments back-to-back with the same tutor for a 120 minute appointment. Across all appointment types, tutors can give feedback on up to 4 double-spaced pages per 25 minutes (8 per 50, 12 per 90, 16 per 120).
